Trekking Comfortably Through the Himalayas
Reaching High Camp at approximately 3,550 metres offers dramatic Himalayan scenery while remaining far more accessible than many higher-altitude expeditions in Nepal.
At Trek O’Clock, your safety, comfort, and enjoyment remain our highest priorities throughout the journey.
The itinerary is carefully paced to allow gradual altitude gain while giving travellers plenty of time to rest, enjoy the scenery, and acclimatise naturally.
Most travellers complete the trek comfortably by walking steadily, staying hydrated, and following the guidance of our experienced trekking leaders.

As the elevation increases, some travellers may notice mild symptoms while the body adjusts to thinner mountain air.
Common symptoms may include:
- Mild headache
- Light fatigue
- Slight shortness of breath during uphill sections
- Difficulty sleeping at higher elevation
These symptoms are usually temporary and improve naturally with hydration, rest, and proper pacing.
Safety Measures Included
